Movement check

Movement check

Two minutes. Five sit-to-stands.

Your phone camera watches how you stand up, and turns it into measurements a physiotherapist can read. You get a score and, just as importantly, a plain list of what could not be measured.

  • No video is uploaded or stored. The analysis runs on the positions of your joints, worked out on your own device. The replay you get afterwards is a skeleton, because a skeleton is all that ever leaves your phone.
  • You need about two metres of space and somewhere to prop your phone at roughly hip height.
  • This is not a diagnosis. It measures movement. A physiotherapist decides what it means, and whether it means anything at all.
