Consultation requests, bookings, scheduling, therapist matching, and availability are subject to operational review, therapist availability, service feasibility, and internal confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate acceptance or assignment.

Information provided through Physova, including symptom guide outputs, recovery guidance summaries, or other digital tools, is intended to support care navigation and coordination. It is not a substitute for a direct clinical diagnosis, emergency care, or independent medical judgment.

Certain services may require payment through third-party providers. Pricing, packages, session credits, and payment links may vary depending on the service type, therapist, treatment plan, or administrative arrangement. Payment confirmation may be required before certain services are activated.

Rescheduling, cancellation, refund, or no-show treatment may depend on the type of booking, timing, package terms, or operational policy in effect at the time of service. Physova may review such cases individually.

If you receive access to the patient portal, exercise plans, reminders, or tracking tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, links, or OTP-based login methods associated with your account.
